    Hi Douglas
To be honest I had never heard of it but then I’m not really into social media.
I have now looked it up and the reviews are not that positive but then people only review the bad point never the good.

At 04:55 David has his head up in the CLOUDS (joke).
Didn’t see anything for the timeline improved Audio function or duplicates?

    Hi Douglas
I did buy version 6 at the end of July and have made 4 projects with it and for me it dose flow much better than v5. The most important find for me was the ability to copy and use selected pages.
I’m not sure what is new or, it may have been in V5 and I didn’t use or find it.

I never liked New Blue when using it in MC.
If you have Edius workgroup and set Preview Quality to 50% RED should play back a complex effects without rendering, or it will on my setup.

    Hi Douglas
I’ve not looked in your site for a few days and what pops up your change of heart regarding Vistitle. If you recall I asked you months ago about it and it wasn’t for you. I use the Edius Quick Titler most of the time which is very flexible and I think we were stitched up BIG time by BORIS over upgrading to Red when using MC.
I have seen David demo Vistitle and it is impressive.
What stopped me buying it then was I got a Sony FDR 3000X plus accessories and now have just got a 55inh 4K OLED TV so Vistitle will be pushed back again?

    Hi Douglas

I’ve downloaded the trial version and the user interface is an improvement. It doesn’t look like micky mouse impressions.

I have created a new project and opened a previous one from Version 5 and all appears to work fine. Already knowing how it functions is a great help.
There are a couple of functions that I will probably use but it looks like most of the improvements are under the bonnet that I wouldn’t understand anyway.

There are two options to upgrade, one for $59.95 and another for $79.95. For $79.95 it would one can keep and still use the older version. I’m not sure why I would want to use the old version so I’ll probably go for the less expensive option. I’ll play some more and order it next week.

If you look in the FAQ it states that you cannot use the old version and give up the licence when upgrading, so it is a little ambiguous?

    Hi Douglas
My previous comments were on my PCs with win 7 so I tried on my other PC which is win10 but the results are the same.
With reference to the tutorials 2017 the three ”coming soon and on the go” display slightly larger than the ones that are live and respond differently in IE and Firefox.
In IE clicking on them they stay small and jump up to the top left on a white screen.
In Firefox they are much larger and out of proportion to some of the others and clicking them they show in the centre of the screen on a black background.
I use Firefox with WIN 10 because IE doesn’t work very well on WIN 10.
Today your site appears to be very slow. A couple of days ago I couldn’t even get into it for about 10 minutes. You may have been working on it. Normally your site is very prompt and fast so I use it at times to confirm my internet is working properly?

    Hi Douglas
Sorry Douglas I have not been paying proper attention to your question. I’m spending most of my days in the garden because spring is bursting out and I have reasonable size garden to attend to. And I had to replace my cameras in my two bird nest boxes before they laid their eggs. This retirement thing is so time consuming!
I’ve testing your question on my PC with Internet Explorer and Firefox.
In both Explorer and Firefox the first “ KUMAOTO Castle September 9th” will not open or start.
I looked in Boris RED and in both browsers “Keyframe Logic” and “Taming Spines” do not open or start.
In both browsers if the tutorial works, then I see and can use the full screen option.
I don’t use Firefox often but I noticed when I first tried to open the second tutorial in Boris RED the PC screed froze and displayed something like “a long script is running” and I lost your site. Now I have seen this before so it may not be anything to do with what you are trying to sort out.
I don’t normally use Chrome but I downloaded it on another PC that is using a 32inch TV for a screen.
I didn’t check every tutorial but can confirm what the browsers show on my other PC
I looked in the 2017 tuorials and they work correctly as they should with full screen icons. The three ”coming soon and on the go” that are not live if I click on them they jump straight to full screen.

    Hi Doulas
I’m not sure what you are looking for and as for what I cannot see I wouldn’t know because I can’t see it?
What I can see is the symbols that are normally at the bottom right of a play screen – audio level through to full screen icons. What I did notice the first time I entered the page today I really didn’t know what you were referring to because the button was soooo small it was very difficult to see it. I clicked on the “THIS ONE PLEASE!” thinking that is what I should do?
A little later I looked into your site using my phone and I noticed the button is full size and can be seen easily.
Back on my PC the button is full size. Even if close the site and reopen it is still full size.
Having said the above when I looked at your request yesterday I remember the button was really small then.
    Hope I have explained correctly
    Regards

    Hi Doglas
I tried No. 5 and 8 without any problems at 1080 full screen.
I’ve played others before and no trouble.
On a PC and Internet Explorer.
Yes I see the FULL SCREEN Symbol
